I am very passionate about retreat catering. It is a beautiful privilege to be there for people as they do the intense work that it takes to heal and grow into their highest selves. This work requires balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit. One can not thrive without the others. I am honored to nourish their bodies with not only a nutrient-dense, delicious menu, but also with the loving and healing energy I put into the food.

I take the time to get to know every individual who will be receiving my food and I keep them in mind throughout every step of the food preparation process. By getting to know each recipient on a personal level, I am able to place a specific intention into the food that will best aid them on their path of self-realization.

We've all heard the joke that a loved one's food tastes better because they made it with love. This is a sentiment that I take to heart. Everything that I do in the Kitchen is done with Purpose and Love.

The Kitchen is a sacred space. I believe that any energy that went into the preparation of the food is transferred to the recipient and then dispersed through every cell of their being. Thus maintaining the sanctity and purity of the area in which the food is prepared is of the utmost importance to me. I always take the time to ground myself and clear any negative energy before I step foot in the Kitchen.

Once meals are fully prepared, I gather around the food with every recipient to bless the food and remind them of the importance of being fully open to receive the nourishment in front of them.

Lastly, I look each recipient in the eye as I serve them. I let them know how honored I am to be serving them. I put one last personalized intention into the food as I complete my end of the sacred energy exchange.
